Every A&K set is plated in 18K gold and made to be worn every day. If your piece fades, tarnishes or breaks with normal wear within 30 days of your order date, we'll send you a replacement for free.

What you get

A free replacement of the same piece, shipped at no cost to you. If that design has sold out, we'll send a similar piece at the same price.

How to claim

1. Take a clear photo of the piece.
2. Email it with your order number to info@akjewelrycollection.com.
3. We'll reply within one business day and ship your replacement. You don't need to send the piece back.
